Comprehensive Disassembly and Condition Assessment
We begin with full mechanical disassembly of your homogenizer in our temperature-controlled, food-safe facility. Every component—spindle, plunger rod, slippers, guide bushings, discharge valve, bearing stack, motor coupling, and control manifolds—is photographed, measured, and documented. High-resolution dimensional inspection and surface analysis identify wear, cracks, corrosion, ovality, and fatigue. We prepare a detailed rebuild scope report showing which components can be restored through machining and which must be replaced to ensure reliable 7+ year service life. All dairy product residue is cleaned using food-safe methods compliant with 3-A standards.

Precision Component Machining and Wear Part Replacement
Critical journals, bores, and seal surfaces are restored to OEM tolerances using precision CNC machining. Plunger rods are ground straight to 0.0005" TIR. Valve seats are honed and lapped to ensure zero leakage. Guide bore wear is corrected through precision boring and bushing installation. All internal passages are cleaned, checked for blockage, and flow-tested. We replace all bearings, seals, gaskets, elastomers, fasteners, and coupling elements with OEM-specified, food-grade components certified for dairy processing. Stainless steel fasteners, NSF-certified seals, and sanitary finishes eliminate corrosion and contamination risks.

Full Reassembly to OEM Specification and Precision Alignment
Using detailed OEM assembly procedures and torque specifications, we rebuild your homogenizer system step-by-step in our controlled assembly environment. Bearing preload, seal compression, spindle concentricity, and plunger rod parallelism are verified at every stage using precision instruments. Motor coupling alignment is set to vibration-safe runout limits (<0.002" TIR). All fasteners are torqued per specification and lock-wired or safety-pinned per OEM standards. Control linkages are adjusted for proper pressure response and relief valve function. Electrical connectors are inspected, cleaned, and re-seated. The result is a mechanically restored, precisely aligned, GMP-compliant homogenizer ready for production.

Full-Load Performance Testing and Validation
Before return to your plant, your rebuilt homogenizer undergoes rigorous load testing on our dedicated test stand equipped with pressure gauges, flow meters, vibration sensors, and dairy-simulating process fluid. We verify pressure response across the full operating range, confirm discharge flow uniformity, measure vibration signature at operating speed, check seal integrity under sustained pressure, and validate controls coordination with electrical signal response. Test data is documented and provided as part of your rebuild certification package. This validation confirms that your homogenizer will deliver consistent emulsification quality, reliable operation, and compliance with dairy production standards for years to come.
