End-of-Life Bearing and Shaft Wear
After extended service, main drive bearings, support bearings, and rotor shafts develop play, wobble, and dimensional wear that create dosing inconsistencies, vibration-induced damage to adjacent components, and eventual seizure. Replacing individual bearings provides only temporary relief; a full rebuild replaces all bearing sets with precision-grade components, restores shaft runout to specification, and realigns the entire drive system to eliminate future wear acceleration.
